The first snow of the season.  Boo (my daughter) and I are out playing in the Chook (Samurai) driving over snow piles.  While playing in 4-low the T-Case would jump out of gear when no power was applied to the T-Case.  “No big deal,” I thought.  I had a bungee cord so I fixed it NASCAR style and continued to play. 
Play time was over so we were heading home.  T-Case was in low.  During a slow roll, I Un-NASCAR’d the T-Case with the clutch in, pulled the T-Case down into Neutral and it wouldn’t slide over to the High side.
I realize the problem is Transfer-case shifter sheet.  While an OEM replacement part is available, I know there are better options like polyurethane or brass.  The question is what to use, made by who and where do I find/order one?

What you need is a ZOR "T-BRA".
If you don't have a aftermarket transmission shifter sheet, you might consider the ZOR "THONG" while you're there.

Went there (ZOR), got'em ("T-BRA" and "THONG"), put them in.  It did fix the transfer case situation however I still have about 2 to 2.5 inches of play, left to right in the transmission gear selector.  I think it is the shifter-locater bolt that is worn out.

To all,
Is that a specialty part or can I pull the bolt out and match it to one of the many others on my garage floor?
