Question: What clutch plate wold you use for a 1.6 16v swap and 31-33" tires?

Thanks for the 27 views and the one vote here.  Really, thanks.

Ok Here is the situation.  I have the 1.6 16v swinging from the cherry picker about to go into "The Chookie".  The original 1.3 flywheel and clutch have some use (understatement).  While I have the transmission and the engine apart, I'm going to change the clutch and flywheel.  What clutch should I go with and why?

Current Modifications: 3.5" lift and 30" tires on 15"x8" wheels

Endstate: 1.6 16v, 5" lift, 33"x12.50" on 15"x10 wheels.

Again, what clutch should I go with and why?
