wtf ?

i dont remember what electrical gremlin i was chasing when i put the flea in storage, but i went to video the motor running (ran great) and i get no power anywhere. that might be why i didnt use it awhile before i moved but i dont remember. i never took the time to familiarize myself with this motor as it always performed flawlessly. could it be the puter? im great at taking things apart and even putting them together occasionaly. but i miss alot of basic concepts because im a self taught backyard shade tree mechanic.

im looking for a few suggestions so that i can head back out there with some ideas.

if not im gonna pull the damn train anyway and sell it with a warranty (?) or as is    550.  for motor tranny and t-case  less than 120K  or maybe 122.

Did you disconnect the battery when you put it into storage??? If you didnt, it probably drained the battery. If you did disconnect it, did you reconnect it??? Wink thats bout all i can think of, unless you messed with some of the computer wiring and forgot to reconnect something. good luck!

thanks

i have a new yellow top  that im hoping is not defective  but i couldnt test it cause i didnt have a tester at the barn.
i tried arcingit with a file and got weak spark. it should have sparked pretty good but  nada.  i think george is bringing a tester by work today.

can a bad puter just make everything not work?
it might also be a bad kill switch but it was to dark to check.

So when you say no power at all......do you mean no dash indicator lights (with the key on), no headlights, tail lights, etc.?  If so, I would make sure your battery is fully charged....if it checks out, then maybe a main relay, fuse, etc.

The computer should not make it have no power at all.....some things have nothing to do with the computer.

thats the answer i neede to hear,   i thought it would have to be more than just the puter.   cant be all that different than my fords.  other than the solinoid being attached to the  starter.  i can still jump it  straight from the battery ,  correct?

Yes, you can jump the starter straight from the battery (make sure you have it out of gear  Nail Bite).
