does anyone remember what engine mounts are used ( backwards?) to swap in the 4.3l?

Have you looked into the Dodge mounts for a 318???  Sorry I don't have the part numbers handy, but I know they are cheep from Auto zone and seem to hold up really well, and are adjustable (up, down, side to side sort of thing)

i think that may answer my question.  i thought it was a mopar part # i saw once.
ill see if i can find it again.   or try and fab my own.  im getting better.

I found some nice ones at a local shop here in wichita. i'll get some pics and post em here so you can see em. they were a descent price too.

I made my own with Bullet Proof mounts for the Chevy 350. 





Sorry, no pics close up of the mounts all bolted up to the engine.

im trying to raise the driveline a little and those would do the trick with a little mod.

in my driveway,  drivetrain less.

hell i keep setting dates but they keep going by without the flea being finished.  i really dont know when it will be done now that 90% of parts are gathered and paid for but i have alot of fabing and other shit to get done. 
im gonna say maybe halloween
