After searching for months and finally purchasing a set of TJ Flares off ebay... I turned right around and posted them back on ebay.

I love the look of the TJ flares and had installed a set on my YJ however, when I started sizing them up and looking at installation pictures I was not happy with what the end result would be.  Dunno

The two types of installations I have seen are either...

1. You chop away so much sheet metal to make them right that you might as well build a tube buggy   Think or...
2. You mount them with excess sheet metal still left in the tubs that you try to hide by painting it flat black.  Thumbs Down

Now, I haven't spent this much time and money putting my rig together to do either of the above so the TJ Flares are out No No

Jr8fan... what type are yours and how do they fit? Also if they are Sammi specific do they come in a narrower width?

Does anyone else know of any other aftermarket flare available for the Sammi's?

They are Bushwacker flares. I will try to snap a few pictures after work........Shhhhhhhhhhhh

They too have some extra sheet metal. But I am not going to cut anything. I bought them used.

Those are Ford F-250 shock towers.  I picked them up from TT when I bought a bunch of other stuff.  I don't know the exact year truck they were on but I'm sure someone here does.
