My 2c - KR has more tight turns in the woods, not really any mud and no big rock shelves like tuttle. i really like KR, seems like there are more trails for smaller 4x4s, tuttle seems geared more for bigger tires. tuttle is bigger though, you can pretty much hit every trail at KR in a good day.
also, i think i might try to make this, sounds like fun if i can get the g/f too.
otherwise i am ganna try for the feb 23rd one.

I haven't been to Tuttle, and only been to KSRocks once. But I had a lot of fun at KSRocks.
True, you can hit most every trail in one day, but a lot of them are fun to hit more than once, or run the trail backwards (some are easy one direction, but a lot harder the opposite direction).
Most trails, even several of the "black" ones are fairly easy to navigate and run if it is dry, and you have a smaller rig with at least a rear locker (my samurai has a rear locker and 31" MTs). A few of the trails (or sections of the trails) are challenging for even a "built" rig. There are some of the trails that I did not even attempt....beyond me and my rig's capabilities.....or maybe I was scared.
It has a lot more rock than the areas I am use to running (northern missouri). It was very dry the time I was there....a little wetter (or rainy), and it would make several of the "easy" trails challenging (especially the ones with more dirt (clay) than rock).
I would definitely like to go back, at some point.....hopefully I can make it on the 20th.

Thanks for the input, I can't wait to go and check it out. I am going to try to video some of the day. I have rigged up a fitting on the windshield bracket to mount my MiniDV video recorder so I can do some of my own armchair wheeling. Maybe I'll post a pic or two.

I thought I mentioned it to you.....I said something about getting the tank from you, if I can make it. Then again, maybe I just thought I mentioned it to you.
Either way, maybe I'll see you there. I am going to talk to my bro this weekend and try to convince him to bring his Heep down (so I'll have my own personal Heep to point and laugh at....actually, I'm not really that mean......usually
).

Thanks for the offer......but I don't think I'll need any electricity. My samurai runs on gas (doesn't need to be recharged), I don't use a curling iron (hair is too short), I'm not bringing the stove (too big and heavy), and the tent doesn't have any electrical outlets.
But I'll check with my brother to make sure he doesn't need electricity for his toy Heep.
