Has anyone had any trouble breaking stock axles with 31 10.50 tires just trail riding and  could I tuck the 31's and be alright with a spring over kit?

With 31's you are going to need wheels with 2-3 inch offset or you'll hit your springs when you turn hard.  You may hit you front bumper if it's stock.  That's just the setup I have and I do way more than ride trails.  I've never broken an axle.

Are you using stock wheels?

I am going to run 31x10.50 also. Was going to use the stock wheels but I have a set of aftermarket that came from an F150.  They are a bit wider and more offset. Which should I use?

There fixed it  Cracked Up

No there after market wheels probly a 15x7 or 15x8 It has 225x70R15's on it now and i bought some meatier 31's at a swap meet wheels and tires but the lug pattern on the new wheels i just bought fit a newer Heep so the wheels that came with the tires will probly go on my 2000 TJ until I upgrade axles.
