Well me and a buddy disassembled the top half of the carb to get to the float and screen, now I put it back on the truck and the truck will not run unless I give it gas and when it is running it runs real rough any help is apperative or call me at (918)541 4505

Just a wild guess but I'm betting the idle curcuit it plugged somewhere
I'm not big on sending anyone on a chase but go to the link below and look up the BBS then Samurai Tech and the child board for Samurai Tech FAQ ... it will have tips and links for that carb

Sorry I cannot help more than that....I have not torn into a stock carb in many years. Did you read about the "Ethnic tune up" as they call it to try to suck any junks from the jets?

I have a stock carb I'd sell ya pretty cheap. It was running a year ago when I went to the Weber, which I would also sell ya, since I am now running  he My-Side, which is not for sale.

If I remember right, the stock carb ran a little rough in cold weather until the motor got warmed up.
