mike at 4x4land can help you but im sure there is some kind of shop in lawerence if you dont want to wait for shipping.

they are a pretty generic item     i think.
i dont use much of anything stock so i could be confusing it with the tabs i used.

If your lower shock mounts are not on the axles, this would be a good time to move them:

The ones for the front axle are different than the ones for the rear axle.  They wrap halfway around the axle, so they have the greatest weld area.  And, they fit PERFECTLY.  Thumbs Up

It warms my hypertensive heart to see local people come together to help one another on the forum.  That's what it's all about.  And it brings good karma.

By getting it done right I didn't mean that I needed to take it to a shop.. just need someone that knows more than I do and has done it before so that the result isn't  Flamed Cussing

I have stock springs... starting to sag  Cry Baby

Shocks are a pair of Monroes that I measured to have enough travel for when the old axle was in and the shock mounts were mounted where the stock spring under perch is.  They are eyelet at both ends to fit the stock mounting bolts.  She's bouncy but driveable...
