I am in the process of putting a '96 Tracker Factory Service Manual (FSM) online at Ack's FAQ.  There is a link in my signature, below, to Ack's FAQ.

Here is a basic list of what's online now:

Axles, brakes, 1.6 16-v engine, steering.
