This time its for real. We have some things going on that we need to take care of. (Buy a house, restore her mustang, get a motorcycle for MPG.) So I am putting my Sami up for sale. I know what I have in it and I know what want for it. Most everyone on here knows what its like and how it performs.

Here is a link to the buildup.

BODY/INTERIOR/ARMOR

Its an 88.5
It has been cut the way you see it in the pics.
Tube front clip
Tubed rear
Rear cage
Interior is gutted with Rhinolining through-out
Stock dash removed. Have a steel frame flat dash to go in it.
Also have three sunpro mini gauges and a tach to be installed. All brand new.
Suzuki Sidekick Steering wheel
Ford Exploder seats with flame covers
Have a cobra CB and a cd player to go in it, no speakers
Real wind shield removed and replaced with 1/8 lexan plexi
Doors hinges modded for easy removal
Doors in good shape with good glass
Custom shifter knobs I made in our machine shop at work
Homemade rock sliders made of 1/4" angle iron. Really Solid.

--------------------------------------------------

AXLES

Toy axles 5.29 gears
Front has an Aussi Locker
Rear has a full spool
Rear driveshaft is a DC front toy shaft
Front driveshaft is stock and lengthened 3 inches.
Axles are awesome. No problems.

---------------------------

TRANSFER CASE

Trail Tough 6.5:1 Monster Gear Set
Mighty kong transfer case bucket
Gorilla Grips T-case mounts
Tcase could use the HD front output shaft upgrade as it pops out of 4wd every once in a while. Other than that, great gears. Very low combined with the axle gears.
Also, I bent the drivers side frame mount on the first run. So I cut it off down to the frame, and made a new HD one from 1/4" plate. Solid enough that you can put a jack on it and lift the whole rig.

-----------------------------------------------------

SUSPENSION

Trail Tough Full YJ Kit. Complete Kit $1258 Brent adjusted the kit for Toy axles. This kit also came with OTT steering adjusted for Toys
Sky Manufacturing Toyota to Samurai Kit. Makes the Toy perches line up perfectly for the YJ springs on the Samurai.
I didnt like the way the rear springs mounted, so I made my one heavy crossmember and mounted the spring perches on top of the axle and angled inward at the top.
This is an extremely flexy setup that works great. I am no expert, but I think this is the best you can do before going to a link setup.

----------------------------------------------------------------

ENGINE

1.6 16v Tracker engine
Engine not installed. Sitting on the engine stand.
Wiring harness is in the process of being cut down right now.
Have a GM alternator and Trail Tough GM alternator bracket for it.
Have a Petroworks tranny to engine adaptor.
Going to get some 318 motor mounts and a new clutch.
Has 2" exhaust ran all the way back with an 18 glasspack. Good sound.
Optima Blue top battery

---------------------------------------------

WHEELS/TIRES

15X10 3"bs white wagon wheels painted black
35X12.5 ProComp Mud Terrains

-----------------------------------

OTHER

Have two brand new Offroad lights from Walmart that will replace the ones I already broke in the front clip.
The gauges are volt/water/oil. The tach is a matching sunpro.
The top that is on it right now, I made from the full soft top I had. It was ripped, so I cut the  back window flap out and made a wind jammer. Then I cut the front part of the full soft top into a bikini top. With them together, and the doors on, you are completely sealed in from the outside. Also have an extra bikini top for it.
Will throw in extra stuff like a tracker radiator, two different electric fans, original dash support crossbar, and other items might need or want.
Have the original gastank, but for the engine swap you will need the Tracker gas tank with the in tank fuel pump, which I have and is included.

-------------------------------------------------------

This rig and all of the parts, only have one run on them, and one day of playing in the mud.

I have a lot of time in this rig, and I do love it. I would love to be able to keep it, and be able to take care of the other things I need to, but sometimes things dont work out in the same time frame.

I will be ok if I dont sell it, but it would make our life a little easier for the next year or so.

If I finish the engine swap and custom dash install, I want $7100 for it.
Take it like it is, with everything you need for the engine swap except for a new clutch for $6000
I am now open to offers or trade for a Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle

Here are a few pics. There are plenty of pics in my build thread, and in my gallery.

On a side note. The major pleasure of this rig, was the buildup. I loved building it. I am not out of wheeling forever, and when our life is better, I plan on building me a new rig from the ground up with a Hendrix Chassis.
