Howdy! Long time no see.

Me and my buddy Nelson recently installed a Mini Spool in my Sammy's rear diff. We decided to take step by step pics to share with the entire Zuk Community. It's on our Club web site (open to all).

Here's the link. Check it out and let me know what you think of the write up and pics.

Thanks!

good write up, I am a mechanic for a living so this and ,many others are simple for me, you did a great job for a novice who has doubt about it. I have a mini spool in the front and back of my of my samurai with trail toughs chromoly shafts. I have not had a chance to try out the front mini-spool, but I can hardly wait.

Well, I filled the diff, topped off the fluids, took it off the jackstands and took her out on the street.

She feels like an old hot rod with Posi  Cracked Up

I am happy with the install of the spool and 4.16 tcase... I can't wait to get it out in the dirt  Driving

Took the Sammy out this morning and headed for the RedRocks... what a difference the 4.16 T Case and Mini Spool made... I LIKE IT!... ALOT!  Headbanger

The Sammy wanted to keep going no matter what... it was almost unstoppable. A front locker would have helped in one situation but momentum was never an issue... if the ground got to soft... it  just started digging a big hole  Cheesy

Next upgrade... Front locker and Power Steering  Clap

For those who stopped by the site to check out the article, sorry about the few glitches we had in the beginning... the bugs are worked out now  Wink
